Warmest October on record

Such a warm summer evening. Getting carried away there because It’s actually the 31st October 2014 and the warmest Halloween on record with temperatures reaching as high as 23.5C in parts of the UK.  The perfect opportunity to take a stroll along the front and have a look at whats happening on Brighton pier.

Under the Madeira Drive arches

Brighton is well-known for its Victorian seafront and It is a shining example of the Victorians and the vision they had for the town.. The cast iron arches and promenade terraces that line the seafront were a feat of extraordinary engineering.  The most notable arches are probably those along Madeira Drive.
